All car antennas require regular maintenance during installation. This does not affect normal use. If not cleaned for a long time, the more dust accumulates, the more the usage effect will be affected. Let's see how to maintain car antennas.
Every time you wash your car, you should wipe the antenna. Pull out the core shaft of the car antenna, wipe away dust and dirt, and then wipe it again.
The sensing antenna must be integrated with the main body sheet metal parts
To use a radio, the antenna must be tightly connected to a body part. If it becomes slightly rusted, it can lead to poor reception. Therefore, the antenna base must be regularly maintained and cleaned.
The nut on the car antenna bracket needs to be loosened. Use sandpaper or a small steel brush to remove any burrs from the metal plate holes or the bottom of the antenna. Be careful when removing them. After cleaning, carefully inspect the seal between the antenna and the metal plate to determine if the wood has deteriorated. Any melting of the external threads must be eliminated, and there must be no other wire imbalances. After completing all work, tighten the wireless antenna in order, but do not tighten the external threads to avoid deforming the edges of the metal plate holes.
Inspect all wire harnesses and connectors on both sides of the antenna and vehicle radio, remove dust and dirt, and rectify any loose or unblocked areas.
Application characteristics in natural environments: In addition to fully considering the application standards for free movement of vehicles and equipment used in special locations such as ETC, ordinary vehicle antennas must also be non-biased on-board antennas. Improvements in recorders and television receivers are being comprehensively promoted. There are also system recorders that utilize 2 or 3-4 wireless antennas. In natural environments, on-board antennas exhibit good wear resistance, vibration resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is necessary to fully consider safety factors, noise, and the hazards associated with the overall vehicle modeling design.
